Big news for listeners on Spotify. All member-only episodes are now available directly within the Spotify app.

Here's something I've known for a while: around 40% of English Learning for Curious Minds downloads happen on Spotify.

According to Spotify’s fancy analytics dashboard, that’s 577,248 curious minds, listening in almost every country in the world.

And until this week, if you wanted to become a member and access the full archive of 600+ episodes, you had a choice: keep using Spotify for the free episodes and switch to Apple Podcasts (or another app) for the member-only content, or just use Spotify and miss out on membership entirely.

Not ideal.

That changed this week.

Spotify has launched a new "private podcast" feature, which means all member-only episodes are now available directly in Spotify—the same app that hundreds of thousands of you are already using.

What This Actually Means

If you're already a member who uses Spotify, you'll have received instructions on how to add the private feed. It takes about 30 seconds, and then every episode—past and present—appears right alongside the free episodes you're already listening to.

This includes all of our monthly three-part mini-series, plus our huge back catalogue with some of my favourite episodes.

If you're not yet a member but you listen on Spotify, this is pretty exciting news.

You no longer need to make a choice between platforms. Everything stays in one place—the app you're already using, with your existing playlists, your listening history, your familiar interface.

Why this is so exciting

The #1 question I got from new and prospective members was “how do I listen to the member-only episodes on Spotify?

Obviously, it was pretty frustrating to be told that this wasn’t possible.

And I get it. You have a routine. You know where everything is. The idea of downloading another app, figuring out how private feeds work, managing content across two platforms, it all adds up to "maybe later."

And for most people, “maybe later” meant “never”.

That friction is now completely gone.

What You Get Access To

When you become a member, you're not just getting "bonus episodes." You're getting everything you need to turn our free episodes into a fully-fledged learning experience

Right now, if you are listening for free on the podcast apps (like Spotify!), you're getting perhaps 20% of what's available.

The other 80%—the hundreds of hours of content, the complete mini-series—has been sitting there, just not accessible in your app of choice.

Until now.

How to Join

Membership starts at €12.99/month (or €79.99/year).

Become a member today and you'll get immediate setup instructions for Spotify. Within a few minutes, the entire archive will be there in your app.

If you're one of the 577,248 people listening on Spotify and you've been thinking about membership, there has never been a better time to join than today.
